this was my first vaporizer, with reading lots of mixed reviews, i can honestly say that this one ROCKS! it took a little fine tuning to get it to work, but by the 3rd load, i was done for. i ran my temp at 400, when it got to about 395 it was ready to rock and roll. heating up was very quick, i never timed it, but it was ready in under 5 minutes. the mouthpiece is an airflow adjuster, the harder you push the mouthpiece into the tube the less oxygen will be added into the mixture. once you master the mixture, then one load was lasting me about 8 solid hits, big hits.
